Learning a new technology is easier when someone walks beside you, and Dubai’s business community is getting exactly that. Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two Agentic AI MoUs to help companies across the city adopt Agentic AI, improve productivity, and run their operations more smoothly. The agreements were signed in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and they are a warm, practical step for local businesses.
Who Signed the Agentic AI MoUs?
The chamber is one of three operating under Dubai Chambers. The two Agentic AI MoUs were signed with:
- Nebius Academy, the education and training arm of the AI cloud company Nebius
- Lovable, a software creation platform
Each agreement supports a different part of the journey: one focuses on learning, and the other on building. Together, they help companies move from curiosity to real use.
Part of a Bigger Programme
These Agentic AI MoUs support the programme to transition Dubai’s private sector towards Agentic AI, launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.
Dubai Chambers is overseeing the programme and has introduced specialised training tracks for 14,000 member companies of the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. The goal is to give them the skills to bring Agentic AI into their administrative and operational work.
What the Training Agreement Offers
Under the first of the Agentic AI MoUs, signed with Nebius Academy, Dubai-based companies will gain access to specialised programmes in AI leadership and Agentic AI through Dubai Chambers Academy. This integrated digital platform offers dedicated Agentic AI training tracks for the private sector, alongside a wide range of other programmes, so learners can find what they need in one place.
The agreement also covers:
- Providing or licensing training content
- Certifications
- Technical workshops
- Expert-led sessions
- Access to relevant learning platforms and resources
These offerings will be available to executives, technical teams and employees of Dubai Chamber of Commerce member companies. Raja Agrawal, Vice President for the Middle East and Africa at Nebius, said the aim is to help businesses move from understanding Agentic AI to applying it in daily operations, and noted that this needs the right skills as well as access to technology.
What the Builders’ Agreement Offers
The second agreement focuses on training and capability development. Under it, the software creation platform will support entrepreneurship and skills programmes for Dubai-based companies and founders. This includes access to its platform and educational resources, along with joint events and workshops. Dubai Chambers will help connect the platform with member companies and partners.
There is a practical bonus too. Lovable will provide platform credits, funded by Dubai Chambers, to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship, so founders and companies can develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions. Lauren Rhode, Head of Revenue at the company, said that Agentic AI lets anyone with an idea bring it to life, and that the company is pleased to support more founders in Dubai, starting with the championship teams.
What the Chamber Says
Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the chamber is committed to strengthening Dubai-based companies’ ability to understand and adopt Agentic AI, supporting their digital ambitions and creating new opportunities for growth. He added that the aim is a more innovative, agile and future-ready business community, with support for startups that develop Agentic AI solutions and want to reach new markets.
Connected to Dubai’s Larger Goals
The chamber says it is committed to supporting Dubai’s digital economy in line with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. The two agreements are part of ongoing work to strengthen private sector competitiveness and help businesses get ready for new technologies.
Why These Agreements Deserve Appreciation
- The Agentic AI MoUs pair learning with building, so ideas can move into practice
- They give executives, technical teams and employees a place to learn through Dubai Chambers Academy
- They support founders, not only large companies
- They link with the Create AI Agents Championship, giving participants extra tools
Conclusion
The two Agentic AI MoUs show a thoughtful, practical approach to helping companies grow with new technology. By combining training, certifications, workshops, and platform credits, they give Dubai’s businesses and founders clearer paths to learn and build.
